Vision
Some have no patience for vision; former German chancellor Helmut Schmidt once famously recommended that visionaries go see an eye doctor.

There is nothing wrong with such realists; they are concerned with controlling uncertainty and mastering the physical world. And it is only human to want to reduce the often unbearable tension between the now and the future you want.

A
vision, to deserve the name, should be unpredictable, but still possible to achieve. It should be desirable; it should offer a new quality of life; it should be a magnet for action that gets you out of bed in the morning; it should serve as a strategic filter to weed out irrelevant actions

So how can you inspire others to co-create or restore the future?

"All men dream; but not equally...
Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds
Wake in the day to find that all was vanity;
But the dreamers of the day are dangerous men,
For they may act their dream with open eyes, and make it possible."
